Promotions

Promotions reinforce a corporate image or brand persona; boost response rates; entice prospects; create excitement or an element of fun for a new product or service launch; boost short-term sales; create company awareness; build retail or Web site traffic; and reinforce key messages and benefits. They also deliver multiple impressions on brand personality cost-effectively.

Promotions work long after your campaign is over. As a business tool, promotions are a versatile way to modify behavior, motivate people, and generate goodwill.

Programs can be aimed at the press, employees, suppliers, customers and the community. And when integrated into marketing strategies, promotions can enhance advertising, direct mail campaigns, events and the efforts of your sales force. But, perhaps best of all, promotions can "stay in your customer's memory" long after your campaign is over.

Aliant strives to provide a range of innovative promotions plus all the services you need to execute your promotion, including idea, design, production, implementation, supervision and finally fulfillment.

Events

Event Management as the name suggests means planning, creatively organizing and finally executing an event which could include a product or a brand launch, an exhibition, a concert, a show or even a conference. This novel way of packaging entertainment has its roots firmly embedded in advertising and public relations. Corporate houses view-sponsoring events featuring popular artists as a means of reaching their target consumers. Events are basically an extended arm of advertising. They facilitate brand building and allow brands to associate directly with the consumer.

Almost a decade ago the industry which was estimated at Rs.20 crore has now become a Rs. 200 - 250 crore industry and is still growing exponentially with an increasing number of corporates coming forward to sponsor events and shows. A very nascent segment of big ticket business, the live entertainment and event management industry has the potential to gross more than Rs 3,350 crore in less than five years from now, says a report prepared by none other than FICCI.

Fulfillment

Fulfillment includes all the steps involved in merchandising and contest management. From verifying the entries to shipping the prizes. In the mail, online, on pager or on the air, in the direct-to-customer marketplace fulfillment has become more challenging than ever. Vacations, cash prize, gold and silver coins, wristwatch, sunglasses, etc. are some of the prizes given to the winners who participate in marketing contests.

While material prizes build excitement, the cash option adds an element of immediate gratification to contest participants. Flights, accommodations, meals, transportation, special events, not to mention the weather etc are just some of the things that need to go right to create the ideal incentive plan.
